Kyle Hawthorne - Investment Specialist
Kyle is an emerging leader in commercial and investment real estate services for the Cedar Valley and Eastern Iowa. In 2008 Kyle sold over three million dollars of real estate in 30+ transactions invloving clients all across the country. Through his affiliations with ICSC and CCIM (canditate) he is able to provide his clients with expertise in real estate finance, investment techniques, appraisal practices and real estate law. This unique skill set is what sets Kyle apart from other commercial real estate associates.
In addition to the knowledge Kyle possesses about the real estate field, he also prides himself on having an honest work ethic. His faith based values give clients a peace of mind and create trust-based relationships with the client's interest being top priority.
Outside of real estate Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, motorcycling, disc golfing and following UNI athletics.
