Jim Sulentic’s family history goes back almost one hundred years in the Cedar Valley, dating back to when his grandfather started a business that would later become Waterloo Industries. Jim grew up in Cedar Falls, attended NU High, and went to college at the University of Iowa. He started working at Nooren Commercial Group in 2001 where he became a key part in the business and was promoted to vice president in his second year with the company. Jim has taken his passion for real estate to the next level and has become a real estate investor in various types of property in the Cedar Valley.

In May 2008, Jim Sulentic, along with Chris Fischels, bought out Jack Nooren’s Nooren Commercial Group. The two then formed their own commercial company keeping all former agents and real estate listings.

As president and broker, Jim offers strong community ties and background, incomparable knowledge of Cedar Valley real estate possibilities, and a great reputation for meeting the needs of his clients.
